Description: The “Chinese culture trip to Australia” is an integral part of a very good promotes the Chinese culture. The delegation gathered at the national level a number of well-known actors and singers who brought up best greetings to the ancestral home country. Everyone can review the performance of their favorite old programs; can enjoy the stars of the new programs at the same time also covers the Chinese National Opera's traditional essence; and other local ethnic groups in modern dance. Brief introduction: The Chinese Artists Performance Group is composed of first-class young singers, dancers and musicians of China. With good training, rich experience and exquisite performing skills, most of them are prizewinners in China. Their performance style is a blend of classic and modern, national and international.
The Group has promoted cultural exchanges between China and other countries and won popularity and compliments at home and abroad. In 2004, the Group’s tour to the United States, Canada and Mexico was a great success, where it was acclaimed as one of the best visiting performing groups in recent years. The Group was also warmly received during its tour in Russia in 2005 and in Israel, France, Austria, South Africa and Zambia in 2006. Staff: - Mrs. Qin Xiaomei: Director of the Group, Vice Chairman of the Association of Former Diplomats of China. - Ms. Guan Bo: Master of Beijing Opera in Xun style; National First-Class Performer of the China Beijing Opera Theatre, and Winner of the Special Performance Prize at the International Theatre Festival (Japan) in 1992. - Mr. Zhang Shunxiang: Jinghu (Two-stringed fiddle, very high pitched, used mainly for Beijing Opera) player, composer, National First-Class Performer, visiting professor of the China Conservatory and Winner of the First Prize for Music Competition of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. - Ms. Zheng Yong: Soprano, National First-Class Performer, and Winner of the Special Award of the 9th International Singing Contest of Vocality (Belgium) in 1991.
