Chinese New Year is the most ceremonious and traditional festival in China; focused strongly on strengthening the bond between loved ones. The Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and the China Overseas Exchange Association are collaborating together to organize and produce "Cultures of China - Festival of Spring" bringing greetings from China itself as well as well wishes from Chinese all over the world who celebrate this festival together.
The “Cultures of China - Festival of Spring” program seeks to build a bridge using the very essence of traditional Chinese culture. This Chinese tradition seeks to spread ideals of a peaceful future and harmonious society. These ideals spread as far as fostering greater international relations between China and other nations. It is these ideals and celebrations that is felt by many to contribute strongly to world peace.
