The news conference of the drama Peer Gynt has been held successfully on the 10th of July 2011 . The representatives from the Chinese consulate, Sydney Chinese business and community groups were invited by the organizer ACPAA to the ceremony. The absence of the actor Sun and his wife Lv, did not undermine the great expectation from the Sydney audience.
The performance of Peer Gynt is the second co-operation of the couple of Haiying Sun and Liping Lv, succeeds the series play The Years of Burning Passions. Sun has stepped out of the drama stage for 20 years, this time he has come back with a trenchant figure. The protagonist Peer Gynt that he plays is a coxcomb who is smooth and slick. In this drama, Sun has completely overthrew the positive image of Guangrong Shi that he has built in the series play The years of Burning Passions, he wears a cowboy hat and dances with those trolls with his flirty eyes. Whereas, his wife Lv, acts as both mother and daughter in this show. By developing the impressions of women at different ages, Lv has shown her brilliant skills on drama performance.
The dramma "Peer Gynt" is introduced as the first dramma show on Sydney stage by ACPAA, it is not only a new style of performing arts for Sydney audience but also a revolutionary of the tastes of arts. Photo Gallery, Video ACPAA
