Sydney International Chinese Spring Festival Internet Gala

Hosted by the Australian Chinese Performing Artists’ Association, the 2013 ‘Happiness @ Home’ Sydney International Chinese Spring Festival Internet Gala was met with great success. With ‘Let Love Bless My Home’ as an overarching theme, the Gala incorporated Sydney’s scenery as a backdrop and utilised internet and satellite connectivity as a platform: tied together through its nature as an artistic event.

Through the integration of beautiful scenery and performance pieces, and through processes of filming and editing, a truly unique Chinese Spring Festival Gala for television was developed. Through means of internet and satellite broadcasting during Chinese New Year’s Eve and throughout the Spring Festival period, our well wishes go out to Chinese  communities everywhere.
