2015 Sydney International Campus Arts Festival
Jointly hosted by the ACPAA and the China Council for the Promotion of Intangible Cultural Heritage, the 2014 Sydney International Campus Arts Festival was held at the Luna Park Bid Top on the 4th of February 2015 to great success.
The Campus Arts Festival is an annual event that aims to promote multiculturalism through the actions of performing traditional dances at the festival. The night was trilled away with performances from several ethnic backgrounds such as; Chinese, Australian, Irish, and South Africa. These performances were also accompanied by modern dances such as ballet and contemporary.
Start of the evening included the student from the Beijing Haidian High School, Sydney Lucy Dance School, Lane Cove & Roseville Dance Academy, Sydney Endearing Dance, Shanshan Dance School, Sydney Black Swan Dance, and Soul Predatorz Dance With the abundance of dance schools from many ethnic nationalities, there was certainly no shortage of talent. The Festival brought together Enthusiastic and talented young artist from many different regions in China and Australia alike, Symbolizing the ever-strengthening Sino-Australian relationship.
Students are the future hope of the nation; campus is the heritage of all ethnic groups and arts and culture, carry forward the national spirit of the main positions.
